The 28MHz SWL Contest will be in the second full weekend of December, so this year on 13 and 14 December. This is the same weekend of the ARRL 10Meter Contest.

The winner of the 7th Short Listening Period (SLP) Contest of this year is Bill Smith W1-7897 with a score of 13272. Second placed was Eugene Koriukhin R6S-1 scoring 7381 and Francois Conraux F-80248 became third with 7336 points.
