Owing to the ongoing and fluid nature of the COVID-19 situation globally,
announced activities might be postponed or cancelled at any time and
without notice.
CE0Y - Subject to the lifting of the current travel restrictions, a Polish
team (SP3CYY, SP3GEM, SP6EQZ, SP6IXF, SP9FOW and SP9RCL) will be
active as XR0YSP from Easter Island (SA-001) on 15-30 September.
They will operate CW, SSB and FT8 on 160-10 metres. QSL via Club
Log's OQRS (preferred), or via SP6IXF. The logs will be uploaded to
LoTW and eQSL within six months after the DXpedition ends. See

KL - Yuri N3QQ, Vyacheslav OK8AU, Yuri UA9OBA and maybe a couple of
other operators expect to be active as KL7RRC/p from Kiska Island
(NA-070) on 10-15 June, and as KL7RRC from Adak Island (NA-039) on
17-19 June. They will operate CW, SSB and FT8 (Fox & Hound) with

OK - Celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Czechoslovak DX Club,
special callsign OL30DXC will be active on all bands and modes from
now until 31 December. A special QSL card will be sent automatical-
ly via the bureau; direct cards go via OK2PXJ.
OZ - Special callsign OZ75MAY will be active on all bands and modes on
1-10 May to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the end of World War
II in Denmark (5 May 1945). QSL via Club Log's OQRS, LoTW and eQSL,
or via OZ1ACB. A special award will be available for working
OZ75MAY/p and OZ75MAY/xx using different suffix extensions; see
https://oz75may.oz0j.dk/ for information.
PA - Special event station PA75ASN will be active from 1 April to 10 May
to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the city
of Assen during World War II. QSL via the bureau (preferred), or
direct to PA0VCC.
S5 - Radioclub Slovenska Bistrica (S59FOP) will be active as S50EARTH in
April for the 50th anniversary of Earth Day. QSL via eQSL only.
Established in 1970, Earth Day is an annual event celebrated around
the world on April 22 to demonstrate support for environmental
protection.
SU - Tom, DL2RMC is currently active as SU9TH from Cairo, Egypt at least
until the end of April. He operates FT8/FT4 ("but also CW and SSB
during weekends in operating events") on 40, 20, 15 and 10 metres.

COVID-19 PANDEMIC ---> Travel restrictions, self-isolation requirements as
well as general health and safety issues arising from the coronavirus
pandemic are affecting quite a number of operations and amateur radio
events, which have been cut short, postponed or cancelled.

Other cancelled operations include PZ5G (IOTA DXpedition by DJ4EL to SA-092,
planned for April), and a large scale DXpedition to the Chesterfield Islands
(planned for October and postponed until sometime in 2021).
Among the cancelled events are the 2020 Hamvention (15-17 May) and its
related dinners and associated events, two YOTA sub-regional camps (Balkans
On The Air planned for 3-6 April in Serbia and Nordics On The Air planned
for 10-13 April in Norway), the CQ WPX SSB Contest Youth Contest Program in
Croatia, and the 17th IARU HST World Championship (planned for 20-24 August
in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia).
IOTA DXPEDITION POSTPONED ---> Cezar, VE3LYC and Adrian, KO8SCA expected to
be active as V62P from Polap Atoll (OC-155), and as V62S from Satawal Atoll
(OC-299, new one for IOTA) during the first half of May [425DXN 1503]. "The
Federal travel restrictions to Micronesia have been lifted", VE3LYC reported
on 15 March, "but the states and even island communities can issue their own
restrictions as they consider fit. This results in a rather fluid situation,
which can change with very short notice. In view of this, our expedition
plan is postponed until such a time when it can materialize". Updates will

RI0B ---> The team reached Rastorguyev Island (AS-068) on 16 March, but an
unexpected storm prevented them from starting operations until the 18th.
Amid aurora conditions, temperatures well below the freezing point and
further gale force winds, they will be QRV until the local evening of 21
March. QSL via Club Log's OQRS; the log will be uploaded after the end of
the DXpedition.
RSGB CONTEST RULES CHANGES ---> As a result of the UK government's recent
advice on social distancing, the RSGB HF Contest and VHF Contest Committees
have decided that, with immediate effect and until the end of June 2020,
they will no longer accept multi-operator contest entries for any RSGB
Contest. Single operator entries from shared stations will also not be
accepted, unless the station is being shared by family members living at the
same postal address. In early June they will decide if the IOTA Contest and
